SIO S.p.A. is pleased to announce the acquisition of the majority stake and control of CyberCore, an Italian company specialized in the development of high-value-added software technologies for Augmented Reality and Artificial Intelligence.
This significant acquisition positions SIO S.p.A. at the forefront of providing advanced solutions in support of Italian and International Law Enforcement Agencies.
The technologies developed by CyberCore include training solutions, as well as Artificial Intelligence systems for Predictive Data Analysis, which integrate with SIO S.p.A.’s wide range of Proprietary Solutions.
