SIO SpA, leader in the Intelligence market and technological partner of the Law Enforcement Agencies for the development, production and installation of innovative solutions for monitoring and localization, announces that today it has completed the acquisition of a stake in Asigint Srli, an Italian company active in the world of IT security.
The acquisition will allow SIO S.p.A. to expand its offer, consolidating the Italian ownership of the technological solutions used by the Law Enforcement Agencies, and to continue on its path of growth.
